If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Eleri Design will refund any U.S. purchase within 14 days of the order arrival date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with original tags attached. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your return.
U.S. Customer Returns:
In your package you will find a return form and prepaid label. To send your item back:
- Fill out the form and enclose it in your package.
- Attach the prepaid label to your package.
- Drop it off at any UPS dropbox, UPS store, or give it to a UPS carrier.
- A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
- We are not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back. Shipping costs will be refunded if the received item is defective. We have the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
- It generally takes 2-5 business days for a return to ship back to our office. Returns will be processed within one week of receipt in our office.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you wish to purchase something else.

Refused packages will be assessed and charged a restocking fee of twice the original shipping rate.
